Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €50 (only applicable within Belgium).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
